Our Scripture reading today is John 14:2, "In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so,
I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you."
What a place Heaven must be!! We know that what makes Heaven so special is being
with our Saviour, the Lord Jesus Christ. He is not only the reason for the season, He is
the reason for going to Heaven. Sinners can only be saved and assured of Heaven
through the Son of God. He is still preparing a place for all of God's children to dwell
for eternity.
If you know of someone today who is not saved, take a few moments to pray for them. Pray that their
heart would open to the Gospel and they would humble themselves and receive Christ as their personal Saviour.
