Our Scripture reading today is James 4:17, "Therefore to him that knoweth to do good, and
doeth it not, to him it is sin."
For many believers, the problem is not what we know, but the problem is the
application of what we know. At the end of every "Continue" discipleship
lesson there is a section labeled, "Application". The truth that was taught
will mean very little if it is not applied to the individuals life. God's Word is not
simply for providing information. It will provide transformation.
What Bible truths do you need to start faithfully obeying? There is no better
time than the present. Satan would love for you to continue living a life of
defeat and doubt. Your salvation was not meant to be lived out that way. Confess
the sin that needs to confessed and start this Lord's Day living on the winning
side! (This starts by being in church!)
