Our Scripture reading today is Genesis 6:7-8.
Verse 8, "But Noah found grace in the eyes of the LORD."
What an amazing statement about one man in the midst of all the wickedness that was going on around him. Noah found grace in the eyes of the Lord. Romans 5:20, "Moreover the law entered, that the offence might abound. But where sin abounded, grace did much more abound:" Noah did not earn grace, but he did find it.
No one can earn the grace of God in their lives. No one deserves the grace of God. We all have the same opportunity to find grace in our lives every day. God's grace was available in the days of Noah and it is still available for us today! Titus 2:11, "For the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men,"
