Our Scripture reading today is Isaiah 44:21, "Remember these, O Jacob and Israel; for thou art my servant: I have formed thee; thou art my servant: O Israel, thou shalt not be forgotten of me."
God promised that He would not forget His chosen people, Israel. No matter
what is happening in any generation this promise is still true. God still has a
plan for Israel.
The same can be said of the family of God. When we accept God's gift of
eternal life, we are adopted into His family. We are secure in His hands and
His plan for us is always best. Philippians 1:6, "Being confident of this very thing, that he
which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ:"
