Our Scripture reading today is 2 Corinthians 5:15, "And that he died for all, that they which live
should not henceforth live unto themselves, but unto him which died for them, and rose again."
The Lord Jesus Christ death, burial, and resurrection made it possible for all sinners to
be saved. This does not mean that everyone will choose to accept Jesus Christ as their
Saviour. The way that leads to Christ is narrow. The way that leads to destruction is
broad. Those who will spend eternity in Hell are their by their free will.
Every follower of Jesus Christ should live for Him and His glory. Revelation 4:11,
"Thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honour and power: for thou hast created all things, and
for thy pleasure they are and were created." We have been
crucified with Christ and ought to daily pick up our cross and follow Him.
