Our Scripture reading today is Isaiah 61:1-3.
Verse 3, " To appoint unto them that mourn in Zion, to give unto them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; that they might be called trees of righteousness, the planting of the LORD, that he might be glorified."
What should you praise the Lord for this morning?  He has given us so many reasons to praise Him.  These reasons are not limited to what He does, but Who He is.  Our God is holy and unchangeable.  Our God loves us in spite of our sinful condition.  Nahum 1:7, "The LORD is good, a strong hold in the day of trouble; and he knoweth them that trust in him."  The list could go on an on.  God is so good!

Psalm 69:34, "Let the heaven and earth praise him, the seas, and every thing that moveth therein."  Psalm 150:6, "Let every thing that hath breath praise the LORD. Praise ye the LORD."
Our praise should be given on the mountaintops as well as in the valleys.  He alone is worthy of praise.  Take a few moments this morning to praise Him!
