Our Scripture reading today is Habakkuk 3:2, "O LORD, I have heard thy speech, and was afraid: O LORD, revive thy work in the midst of the years, in the midst of the years make known; in wrath remember mercy."
Every child of God comes to times in their Christian life when they need reviving. A time
of getting back to a fervent walk with the LORD. When our walk with God is fervent,
everything else will be what it is supposed to be. If you are struggling to attend church,
you are struggling first to walk with God. If you are struggling to be a faithful witness,
you are struggling to walk with God. A fervent walk with God will lead us to be
faithful to His house as well as telling others of His goodness in our lives. Just this morning,
God opened a clear door for me to speak of Him. It truly was a miracle. I am praying
for a man named, Mehran, to recognize his need for a Saviour.
The mercy of God is a precious gift for the saved and lost. We are blessed to have
such a God that does remember His mercy!
