Today's Scripture reading is 1 Chronicles 16:7-11.
Verse 11, "Seek the LORD and his strength, seek his face continually."
How many times have we sought the LORD only when we were out of any other "option?" Hopefully, we are growing in grace enough to know that the LORD is all powerful and should be sought after every day - "seek his face continually". The word, seek, comes from a Hebrew word that means, "to follow, by implication to ask; specifically to worship".
God and God alone is worthy of our worship. God has everything we need for today. His strength will carry us through. God is always the goal!
Psalm 105:4, "Seek the LORD, and his strength: seek his face evermore."
