Our Scripture reading today is Luke 21:7-8.
Verse 8, "And he said, Take heed that ye be not deceived: for many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and the time draweth near: go ye not therefore after them."
The modus operandi of our enemy, Satan, has and always will be deception. He is called the father of all lies. There is no truth found in him. Think of that!! Absolutely no truth. He deceived Eve in the garden and he is deceiving billions of lost souls today.
Our mission is a mission of truth. It is vital that we start that mission with those closest to us. Our family is our greatest ministry. What more could we be doing to get truth to our family? There are many others around us who need to hear the truth. Religion has kept so many people from the truth of the Word of God. Make today a day of truth! Truth always sets us free!
