Our Scripture reading today is Matthew 6:19-21.
Verse 21, "For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also."
Once again, the Lord God is emphasizing a text of Scripture to our church family.
This passage was mentioned in the preaching last night and now, God wants us
to read it again. What is He telling you from this portion of the Sermon on the
Mount? All of God's children are blessed to be adopted into His family. He has
given us everything we have and it is our responsibility to be a faithful stewardin every area of our
lives. It is imperative that our hearts be set on things that are above and eternal.
Colossians 3:2, "Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth."
How much of the treasure that God has give you is being used for His glory?
