Today's Scripture reading is 2 Samuel 22:4-7.
Verse 4, "I will call on the LORD, who is worthy to be praised: so shall I be saved from mine enemies."
In this one verse, we find several daily reminders. How often are we calling on the LORD? Jeremiah 33:3, "Call unto me, and I will answer..." This is in reference to our prayer life. Is your prayer life on life support? Get back to calling on Him without ceasing. How often are we praising the LORD? King David reminds us that God alone is worthy of our praise. Take a few minutes today and see how many reasons you can come up with to praise the LORD. Write them down and look at them every day. Finally, today is a day of victory! Every child of God should be living from victory to victory. We have a promise of victory in Jesus!
