Our Scripture reading today is Titus 3:8, "This is a faithful saying, and these things I will
that thou affirm constantly, that they which have believed in God might be careful to maintain good works. These things are good and profitable unto men."

No one is saved by doing a certain amount of good works. Salvation is not in a
building, but it is in a Person, the Lord Jesus Christ. He will always be the way,
the truth and the life. Good works should always follow an individuals salvation.
These good works should not be for just a moment but for a lifetime. It is an
honour to serve the King of kings. It is sad that so many Christians only attend
a church and are not serving in any capacity. They have little to no good works
to bring glory to God and to help their fellow man. “The theology of Christianity is based on
grace; the ethics of Christianity are based on gratitude.” (Briscoe)

What a revival would take place if God's people would take heed to this one verse of scripture.
Please pray for a revival of good works!
