Our Scripture reading today is Isaiah 38:14, "Like a crane or a swallow, so did I chatter: I did mourn as a dove: mine eyes fail with looking upward: O LORD, I am oppressed; undertake for me."

King Hezekiah was in great need and he went to the only source where he would
receive help. The load was heavy, but the LORD was stronger than the load.
Hezekiah's burden was heavy; but the LORD's was light. “The varied cries of Palestine’s birds
express the varied nature of Hezekiah’s many cries to God, now quiet, now shrill, now mournful.” (Grogan)

I am quite sure that everyone reading this can relate to Hezekiah. It may have been in the past or it might be today. We all have the same access to the LORD that he did. God is listening and is always working things together for good for those who love Him. Psalm 145:19, "He will fulfil the desire of them that fear him: he also will hear their cry, and will save them."
