Our Scripture reading today is Hebrews 12:14-15.
Verse 15, "Looking diligently lest any man fail of the grace of God; lest any root of bitterness springing up trouble you, and thereby many be defiled;"
The grace of God is imperative for our salvation, but it is needed for far more than our salvation.  We need God's grace to live every day.  In this particular passage of Scripture, there is an emphasis to how the grace of God is needed to keep us from being infected with bitterness.  God's grace is moving forward and so should we.  God's grace is able to help us overcome past hurts and misunderstandings.
It is important that we recognize God is working in our lives whether we see it or even whether we like it.  His grace is sufficient to carry us from one day to the next.  The journey of life may seem very long at times.  Our focus should not be as much on the journey as it should be on the destination.  The heroes of our faith were able, by God's, grace to keep looking toward something they could not see.  Hebrews 11:13, "These all died in faith, not having received the promises, but having seen them afar off, and were persuaded of them, and embraced them, and confessed that they were strangers and pilgrims on the earth."
We can choose to move forward today by God's grace!
