Our Scripture reading today is 1 Corinthians 15:9-10.
Verse 10, "But by the grace of God I am what I am: and his grace which was bestowed upon me was not in vain; but I laboured more abundantly than they all: yet not I, but the grace of God which was with me."
God's grace is needed for sinners to be saved and set free from the bondage of sin.  After salvation, we are still in need of His grace every day.  The Apostle Paul emphasizes that it was the grace of God with him that enabled him to labour more abundantly.  As mentioned, we are saved by God's grace and we are continually changed by God's grace.  It is quite obvious from Paul's life that he was a changed man.
Do you have a desire to serve the Lord?  Do you have a desire to live for His glory?  These desires will only become a reality when we ask for God's grace.  "Grace isn’t given because of any works, past, present or promised; yet it is given to encourage work, not to say work is not necessary. God doesn’t want us to receive His grace and become passive."
Amazing Grace!!
