Our Scripture reading today is Luke 8:45-46.
Verse 46, "And Jesus said, Somebody hath touched me: for I perceive that virtue is gone out of me."
A multitude of people were surrounding Jesus, and yet He stopped to give attention to the one woman who had "touched" Him. She was just as important as the scores of people who were there. Jesus loved the multitudes, but He also loved the individuals. He loves the world (John 3:16) which is made up people like you and me.
The specific need you have today is important to your heavenly Father. He is waiting for you to reach out to Him in faith. He is more than capable of meeting your request. Mark 10:27, "And Jesus looking upon them saith, With men it is impossible, but not with God: for with God all things are possible." It is faith that moves mountains and it is faith that moves our Master. Reach out to Him today!
