Our Scripture reading today is 1 Corinthians 1:23-24, "But we preach Christ crucified, unto the Jews a stumblingblock, and unto the Greeks foolishness; But unto them which are called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ the power of God, and the wisdom of God."
The greatest message our life and lips can preach is Jesus Christ! It is vital that we continue
to communicate from God's Word Who Christ is. There is even a dumbing down today of
key biblical doctrines in evangelical churches. Jesus Christ deity must be proclaimed
over and over again in every generation. He is God! He entered this world in a
supernatural way. Jesus Christ had no earthly father. This truth needs to be preached!
He would not have been able to be the Saviour of fallen mankind if He was born
like you and me.
I would also like to encourage us all to continue to pray for our missions team as they
endeavor to preach Christ where God has placed them. They need boldness and compassion
to preach the truth in love.
