Our Scripture reading today is Luke 2:4-7.
Verse 6, "And so it was, that, while they were there, the days were accomplished that she should be delivered."
In our reading this morning, I was greatly encouraged by the statement, "the days were accomplished."  In context, it is referring to the conclusion of Mary's pregnancy.  She is now great with child and ready to deliver.  As we meditate on this further we recognize that God's timing is always right.  In fact, this was not the location of choice to deliver for Joseph and Mary, but it was the location of choice for God the Father.  God was and always is working behind the scenes to accomplish His perfect will in our lives.  He was doing it here in Luke 2 as well.  He used Casear Augustus to get Joseph and Mary to Bethlehem at just the right time when the days of her pregnancy were accomplished.
This same God is working in our world today.  This same God is working in your life today.  We read in Philippians 1:6, "Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ:"  Trust in the timing and moving of our loving Heavenly Father.  He is always moving the pieces in our lives for our good and His glory.  We can trust Him to do what is best for us.
