Our Scripture reading today is Luke 18:42-43.

Verse 43, "And immediately he received his sight, and followed him, glorifying God: and all the people, when they saw it, gave praise unto God."

The blind man was part of this miracle because of his faith.  It was not only his faith that made the difference, but where he placed his faith.  His faith was placed in the only One Who could bring sight to his eyes and his faith was the cause of others seeing a miracle and giving praise to God.

There are always people watching us.  The first place we are being watched is within our homes.  Do our actions and words cause our family to praise God?  We leave our homes each and head for work.  What do our co-workers see in us?  Do they see Jesus in us?  There are others we will meet today that we do not know and they do not know us.  This does not mean we should let down our guard, but we should continue to walk in the Spirit.  Our faith can make a difference in someone's life today and for all eternity.

Do They See Jesus In Me
by Amy Roth and Peter A. Carlson

Is the face that I see in the mirrorThe one I want others to seeDo I show in the way that I walk in my lifeThe love that You've shown meMy heart's desire is to be like YouIn all that I do, all I am
Do they see Jesus in meDo they recognize Your faceDo I communicate Your love and Your graceDo I reflect who You areIn the way I choose to beDo they see Jesus in me
It's amazing that You'd ever use meBut use me the way You willHelp me to hold out a heart of compassionate graceA heart that You're spirit fillsMay I show forgiveness and mercyThe same way you've shown it to me
Do they see Jesus in meDo they recognize Your faceDo I communicate Your love and Your graceDo I reflect who You areIn the way I choose to beDo they see Jesus in me
Now I want to show all the world who You areThe reason I live and breatheSo You'll be the One that they seeWhen they see me
Do they see Jesus in meDo they recognize Your faceDo I communicate Your love and Your graceDo I reflect who You areIn the way I choose to beDo they see Jesus in me
