Our Scripture reading today is 1 Peter 1:22, "Seeing ye have purified your souls in obeying the truth
through the Spirit unto unfeigned love of the brethren, see that ye love one another with a pure heart fervently:"
If there is one thing we should not "fake it until we make it"; it is in our love for the family
of God. The Apostle Peter uses the word, "unfeigned". A love that is genuine and pure.
We need to ask God to enable us to love the family of God this way. Some people are
easier to love than others. This leads us right back to James 2;1-7. God loves us all equally.
His love is not based on our social or economic status. Our love for the family of God
should follow God's lead. There is no place for partiality in the church!
