Our Scripture reading today is Acts 21:13, "Then Paul answered, What mean ye to weep and to break mine heart? for I am ready not to be bound only, but also to die at Jerusalem for the name of the Lord Jesus."
The Apostle Paul was one of if not the most committed men I have ever read or
read about. He is willing to give his life for the Lord Jesus. At one point, he wrote
about giving up his salvation for the sake of others going to Heaven. I am sure
there were weak kneed Christians in Paul's day, but it sure seem like we have an
epidemic on our hands in 2025. What would it take for you to leave the church?
Should there ever be any reason to stop reading our Bibles and stop attending a
local Bible preaching church? Should there ever be any reason to stop praying?
These questions and many other have the same answer....NO! Paul is talking
about dying for Christ and we come up with some amazing excuses for not
living for God. By the grace of God, we need a revival of committed followers
of Jesus Christ!
