Today's Scripture reading is John 3:12-15.
Verse 15 - "That whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life."
The Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ is a whosoever Gospel! Pastor Sexton often says, "You cannot witness to the wrong person." God wants everyone to be saved. 1 Timothy 2:4, "Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth." Praise God we have the Truth to deliver! Jesus Christ died for everyone's penalty of sin. Will everyone be saved? Unfortunately, the answer is no. There have already been countless souls who have died in their sin and have no hope of Heaven. It is very important that we take very seriously the command to be a witness and a preacher See Acts 1:18 and Romans 10:14. The message of the Gospel still needs messengers. Be that messenger today!
