Today’s Scripture reading is John 3:16-18.
Verse 18, "...he that believeth not is condemned already"
Romans 10:14 sheds some more light on John 3:18. "How then shall they call on him in whom they not believed? and how shall they believe in him of whom they have not heard?" There is a great responsibility given to every child of God. We are to tell people about Jesus Christ and His saving Gospel. If you have accepted Jesus Christ's gift of salvation, you are a witness. What kind of a witness are you? There are far too many silent witnesses in God's family. The lost, sinful world needs us to be vocal in our witness. Not a loud, obnoxious witness; but a witness that is powered by the Holy Spirit and filled with compassion.
Who will be in Heaven because of your witness?
