Our Scripture reading today is Psalm 88:18, "Lover and friend hast thou put far from me,
and mine acquaintance into darkness."
There will come different times in life when God puts us in a place where
we must turn to Him. Call it desperation or depression, but whatever it
may be, God is allowing it so we will draw closer to Him. God loves us and
desires to bless us. Keep this in mind if you are going through a challenging
season. Keep drawing near to the Lord!
