Our Scripture reading today is Psalm 119:89-91.
Verse 90, "Thy faithfulness is unto all generations: thou hast established the earth, and it abideth."
Every generation from the beginning of time has witnessed the faithfulness of God. Our creator God is not bound by the imperfections of man, HE is and always will be faithful. We read in verse 89 of His faithful Word being settled in Heaven. God's Word has led and will continue to lead every generation. God's faithfulness can be seen from the creation of man until His final day of judgment.
The faithfulness of God is not to be looked at just in a corporate way. We should be able to see His faithfulness personally. When I say we should be able to see it, I mean it is there, but are we recognizing it? God IS faithful! His faithfulness does not mean we will be free of difficulties and challenges. It DOES mean, He will faithfully be with us each and every step of the way. Psalm 36:5, "Thy mercy, O LORD, is in the heavens; and thy faithfulness reacheth unto the clouds." We are never outside the reach of God's faithfulness.
