Our Scripture reading today is Hebrews 4:14-16.
Verse 16, "Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need."
This morning we find another example of the love of God for His children.  The throne of grace is a place where believers need to be frequently dwelling.  It is not enough to simply pass by this throne.  Not a day goes by when we do not need something from almighty God.  We are permitted to come boldly to this throne in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ.  He is the door of salvation as well as the door to the throne room.
The justice of God was met at the cross.  The sinless, sacrifice on Calvary is what made it possible for sinners like you and me to have complete access to the throne of grace.  The Apostle Paul to the church at Philippi in Philippians 4:6, "Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.  No request is too small or large.  Remember in our time of need, we can go humbly and boldly to the throne of grace seeking His help.
Have a wonderful day!
