Our Scripture reading today is Job 23:8-11.
Verse 11, "My foot hath held his steps, his way have I kept, and not declined."
The will of God is the best place to be. We may not always understand the will of God, but He has a specific purpose and plan for our lives. If there is someone who could testify about these statements, it is Job. He testifies that even though he did not perceive that God was there, he continued to keep His way.
Is there a great burden you are staring at today? Is there a problem that you cannot seem to solve? Now, is not the time to keep your Bible closed. Now is not the time to avoid your prayer closet. Now is not the time to stay away from church. The devil will try to convince you that God has forgotten you and abandoned you. Remember, Satan is the father of all lies. There is NO truth in him. Whether it is sunny or cloudy, God's Word is our rock! Whether it is sunny or rainy, God answers prayer! Whether it is sunny or stormy, His church will prevail! Keep your feet in His Word and follow where He leads.
