Our Scripture reading today is Hebrews 10:17, "And their sins and iniquities will I remember no more."
It might be a good idea to read that ten word verse one more time.  Under the new covenant, we are told that God does not even remember our sins.  God's forgiveness is complete and final.  There is still wonder working power in the blood of the Lamb.  Hebrews 8:12, "For I will be merciful to their unrighteousness, and their sins and their iniquities will I remember no more."  He forgives and forgets!
As we meditate on this truth, it should also bring us to a place of forgetting about our past sins.  Our enemy attempts to bring our past sins into our present walk with God.  Thus, our past is affecting our present.  Keep in mind, we are not on probation with God.  We have Jesus' blood applied to our account.  God sees us in light of that for all eternity.  In case we need another verse of Scripture regarding this liberating truth, the Psalmist writes in Psalm 103:12, "As far as the east is from the west, so far hath he removed our transgressions from us."
Rejoice and live in victory today!
