Our Scripture reading today is Psalm 25:1-5.
Verse 5, ""Lead me in thy truth, and teach me: for thou art the God of my salvation; on thee do I wait all the day."
Every day is a gift from God and an opportunity to grow in grace. We have no better guide than the God of Heaven. The moment we accepted the Lord Jesus as our personal Saviour, we were given a personal guide in the Holy Spirit. The Spirit of God will always direct us to follow truth which is found in the Word of God. Our responsibility is confidently trust His leading and joyfully obey His leading. While my flesh, the world, and the devil will lead me to destruction, the Spirit of God will always lead me to victory.
