Our Scripture reading today is Mark 16:5-7.
Verse 6, "And he saith unto them, Be not affrighted: Ye seek Jesus of Nazareth, which was crucified: he is risen; he is not here: behold the place where they laid him."
The victory over death, hell, and the grave were essential for us to have future victory over the same trio. Jesus Christ provided the means necessary for anyone seeking Him, to find Him. He is not in hiding today! He lives!
Anyone seeking Him will have their spiritual thirst quenched. Revelation 22:17, "And the Spirit and the bride say, Come. And let him that heareth say, Come. And let him that is athirst come. And whosoever will, let him take the water of life freely." He is the one and only source of living water as well as the way, the truth and the life. (John 14:6)
It is imperative that we continue to seek Jesus of Nazareth every day. He is our advocate with the Father. He is our Great Shepherd. He is our All in All! Luke 11:9, "And I say unto you, Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you." Praise the Lord!!
