Our Scripture reading today is Luke 23:2-4.
Verse 4, "Then said Pilate to the chief priests and to the people, I find no fault in this man."
The mock trial of the Lord Jesus declared Him not guilty. Well, at least Pilate said there was no fault he could find in the Saviour. No truer words could be said, "I find no fault in this man." This statement still holds true today. Hebrews 4:15, "For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin."
As we start into the work and school week, we can all rest assured that Jesus Christ has and never will fail us. While He was on this Earth, He set the perfect example for every area of life. We have His Spirit Who will guide us as we seek to walk in His steps. I am thankful for the goodness of our God that continues to follow us all the days of our lives!
