Our Scripture reading today is Luke 4:33-35.
Verse 34, "Saying, Let us alone; what have we to do with thee, thou Jesus of Nazareth? art thou come to destroy us? I know thee who thou art; the Holy One of God."
The world we live in is filled with opinions about Jesus Christ. Some believe he is a figment of everyone's imagination. Others say he was a good man. Others believe he was just another prophet. As we read our verses for today, we find an interesting source for the truth about Jesus Christ. An unclean spirit or demon believes correctly. While the people from His own hometown did not believe correctly, this demon did.
There is only one "Holy One of God" and we have the privilege of identifying with Him and being one of His followers. As we follow Him, He will lead us to be fishers of men. He will lead us to others who need to know who He is. Who else is going to tell the truth about who Jesus Christ is?
Let's talk about Jesus, the King of kings is He,
The Lord of lords supreme, through all eternity.
The great I AM, the Way, the Truth, the Life, the Door,
