Our Scripture reading today is Luke 11:20-23.
Verse 23, "He that is not with me is against me: and he that gathereth not with me scattereth."
The world population of over 8 billion can be divided into the two groups of people that Jesus Christ mentions in our text. There are those who have received Him as Saviour and those who have not. There are those who are not condemned and there are those who are condemned already. What group of people are you in? The group of people is your family in?
All around us there are people who whether know it or not are against God. They are actually the enemies of God. We have the message that will make them free from condemnation. The Gospel, believed and received, will bring a lost sinner from darkness to light. It will set them free from the penalty and power of sin. By God's grace, we can and should be actively involved in delivering the message of salvation. Jesus Christ is still the way, the truth and the life.
