Our Scripture reading today is Psalm 84:11, "For the LORD God is a sun and shield: the LORD will
give grace and glory: no good thing will he withhold from them that walk uprightly."
 
All throughout God's Word we see the truth of obedience leads to blessings. If you 
desire good things in your life, it would be wise to walk in a way that pleases God
and is in accordance with His Word. I am thankful that grace and glory are a gift
that God continues to provide for His children. Grace is God’s first gift, and glory is His last gift.
“Glory never comes without grace coming first, but grace never comes without glory coming last;
the two are bound together, and ‘what God hath joined together, let not man put asunder.’” (Spurgeon)
 
We must allow the Holy Spirit to lead us each step of our day. He will faithfully 
enable us to walk in the ways of the LORD.
