Our Scripture reading today is Luke 21:14-15.
Verse 15, "For I will give you a mouth and wisdom, which all your adversaries shall not be able to gainsay nor resist."
We have a wonderful promise from the Lord Jesus that He has already equipped us to be able to give an answer when called upon. Our mouth should be used to bring glory and honour to the Lord. They are not our words, but they are His words and they bring about change.
Colossians 4:6, "Let your speech be alway with grace, seasoned with salt, that ye may know how ye ought to answer every man."
Psalm 37:30, "The mouth of the righteous speaketh wisdom, and his tongue talketh of judgment."
The more time we spend in the Word of God, the wiser our words will be!
