Our Scripture reading today is Psalm 102:1-4.
Verse 2, "Hide not thy face from me in the day when I am in trouble; incline thine ear unto me: in the day when I call answer me speedily."God is well aware of the current events in our lives as well as the future ones too. He is not bound by time - past, present, or future. As we meditate on this truth, it will strengthen our faith in Him. My health concern is not breaking news to God. He knew about before I did. My work conflict is not breaking news to God. He knew about before I did. It matters not the current event you are facing, God knew about it before you did.
Since God knew about it, this means He allowed it. God knew we needed whatever He has allowed into our lives and He is ready to hear from His children. Isaiah 59:1, "Behold, the LORD'S hand is not shortened, that it cannot save; neither his ear heavy, that it cannot hear:" Jeremiah 33:3, "Call unto me, and I will answer thee, and shew thee great and mighty things, which thou knowest not." Seek to know Him and His will more today!
