Our Scripture reading today is Revelation 22:14, "Blessed are they that do his commandments,
that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city."
The fact that we are saved will be shown in our obedience to what God has told us
to do in His Word. We are not perfect, but it is our desire to do right and please the
Lord with the life He has given us. When Jesus Christ comes in the clouds to get
His bride, the bride ought to be found faithful in His service. After getting saved,
there is no greater joy than serving the King of kings. We serve God because we
love God. We are faithful to church because we love God. We are faithful to pay the
tithe and give offerings because we love God. The child of God does have to, he gets
to.
