Our Scripture reading today is Numbers 23:19, "God is not a man, that he should lie;
neither the son of man, that he should repent: hath he said, and shall he not do it?
or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good?"
This verse takes us back to our Wednesday night Bible lesson - God CAN be
trusted. One of the most important decisions we must regularly make is to
trust God with what He is doing in our lives. God should have the steering
wheel and we should trust Him as to where He is taking us.
Romans 8:28, "And we know that all things work together for good to them that love
God, to them who are the called according to his purpose."
God is doing a great work and we have the privilege of being a part of it. His
ways will not always line up with what we want, but His ways are always
best.
